Eila Foods: Enabling Every Woman to Take Charge of Her Health

When you meet Aleeza Qamar, you notice the calm confidence that comes from having clarity of purpose. A graduate in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Aleeza always wanted to support women silently dealing with challenges like PCOS, anxiety, and weight gain. What began as small online consultations gradually transformed into something bigger: a community of women taking charge of their health and wellbeing.

Aleeza joined the SheVentures Program at NIC Faisalabad in March 2024 as part of Cohort 4. For her, this experience was not just an opportunity; it reshaped how she thought about impact and scale. Surrounded by mentors and a supportive community, she realized that while her one-on-one sessions were meaningful, they could not reach every woman who needed guidance.

That is when she took a leap of faith, turning her personal mission into a brand: Diet Nutrition Zone (DNZ), the parent company of Eila Foods.

Through months of experimentation, learning, and late hours at the NICF co-working space, Aleeza developed her first two products, Bloom Granola and Spearmint Tea, both designed to support women managing PCOS and stress naturally. “As a woman who wears the veil and runs her own business, I want to show that women facing PCOS can reclaim their strength, health first, confidence next.”

Her efforts quickly found a following. Aleeza’s Instagram presence blossomed, with her personal account growing from 1.5K to 7.5K followers and her brand account reaching 1.5K loyal supporters. With each post, she shared more than products; she shared stories of hope, small victories, and lessons learned from her journey.

Her brand’s growth tells its own story. Eila Foods has sold over 2,000 products to 500 happy customers, maintaining an incredible 98 percent satisfaction rate. Her monthly revenue, once PKR 10 to 15K, now stands between PKR 50 to 70K, with her eyes set on reaching PKR 100K in the months ahead.

What truly sets Aleeza apart is how she uplifts others. She regularly mentors 10 to 20 students each quarter, giving young nutritionists practical experience and connecting them with industry experts to help them earn independently.

Today, as part of Incubation Cohort 6, Aleeza’s story represents more than personal success. Her journey reflects that when women lead with purpose, they do not just change their lives but transform the communities around them.
