National Incubation Center Faisalabad (NIC Faisalabad) had the honor of welcoming H.E. Ms. Jane Marriott, British High Commissioner to Pakistan, along with her delegation, to explore how the center is driving innovation and entrepreneurship across Pakistan.
During the visit, the High Commissioner learned how NIC Faisalabad is fostering growth in AgriTech, sustainability, and women’s entrepreneurship. She engaged with startup founders, explored their groundbreaking solutions, and witnessed the emerging innovations developed through NIC Faisalabad’s incubation and acceleration programs.
A fireside chat featuring H.E. Ms. Jane Marriott, Zeeshan Shahid (Project Director, NIC Faisalabad), and startup founders highlighted her strong support for Pakistani entrepreneurs and her insights on fostering innovation and global opportunities. The discussion emphasized the value of collaboration in helping startups scale and compete globally.
The dialogue also underscored the importance of strengthening UK–Pakistan partnerships in entrepreneurship, climate action, and trade, paving the way for innovation-driven economic growth.
Together, NIC Faisalabad and the British High Commission are working toward a shared vision empowering Pakistani startups to lead with impact, technology, and sustainable innovation.
