Position Overview:

The Incubation Officer will play a key operational role in managing and supporting the incubation
program at NICF. This role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination between startups,
mentors, and other stakeholders. The officer will track startup progress, facilitate program
activities, and assist in delivering a high-quality incubation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day operations of the incubation program and support the Program
Manager in executing program activities.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for incubated startups, addressing operational
queries and coordinating resources.
● Assist in onboarding startups and ensuring smooth integration into the NICF ecosystem.
● Track startup progress using performance metrics and maintain updated records for
reporting purposes.
● Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and networking events for startups.
● Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and
external stakeholders.
● Facilitate communication between startups and coaches/mentors.
● Contribute to planning and execution of special initiatives such as bootcamps,
hackathons, and investor meetings.
● Ensure compliance with NICF policies and maintain a professional incubation
environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or
related field.
● Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with startup ecosystems and incubation processes is preferred.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic data management tools.
● High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to supporting entrepreneurs.
